Our 14-day return policy states that you have 14 days
after receiving an item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be
in the same condition as you received it,
unworn or used, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

explaining the reason you wish to return your purchase.
If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label (at your expense)
and instructions on how and where to ship the package.
Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Returns must be shipped within 5 business days of receiving the return label,
otherwise the return will be cancelled.

Damages and Problems
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find any defects or damage,
or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can assess the issue and work to resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants),
custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products).
Additionally, we do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you received and,
once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.
Refunds
As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, you'll automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days.
It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
